The Cat's Whiskers

Contained in this ebook are four cute cats and one kitten short stories. The stories are of the slice-of-life variety. Nothing of great importance happens, but we do get to "meet" the cats/kitten and the humans they interact with in each story. Each story is interesting and engaging. This is an ebook for cat lovers.
While I liked the stories, the editing and formatting detracted from my reading enjoyment. The formatting in particular was irritating. The spacing between paragraphs wasn't uniform and one story would end part way down a page and the next story would begin a few blank lines later on the same page. While the photos which accompanied each story were good, they were of inconsistent size and one had the story title and author's name on the photo.
As I said earlier, even with the formatting problems, I did still find the stories enjoyable.

I really, really enjoyed these short, clean stories. There is no abuse, blood, or upsetting matter of any kind, which I appreciate this week. There are quite a few mistakes, mostly of the homophone type, such as pallet/palate, so I took 1/2 a star. VERY enjoyable read!!

This book consists of cute stories involving cats. It's a nice tribute to the writer's cat and also to any other cats. You don't have to be a cat-lover to enjoy this book, because the stories are well written and fun. But if you do love cats, you will love this. I read it in one evening.
