Excellent travel resource

I am heading to Pattaya for Christmas and I bought this guide out of curiosity. I have been to Pattaya before and have a pretty good knowledge of how to get around, but this guide has pointed out a bunch of things that I previously did not know. I tried out the guide on both my ipad and iphone, and even on the iphone I have found it is easy enough to read and navigate between sections. Things I liked: I liked how the guide gives good explanations about everything and also how it includes a heap of maps. Things I didn’t like: On some maps, I have to zoom in and pan around a bit to go between the map legend and individual map items, especially on my iphone. It would have been nice to be able to see all details without needing to zoom. However, over all, I think this is a good guide and I can see it being useful for the upcoming trip.

If you are planning a trip to Thailand this is worth the 9.99 you'll pay for the info your going to get. It has everything from restaurants to hotels to night life to warnings of dangers. If you have the money to travel to Thailand, then $9.99 is nothing for all the info you'll get from this book. Read it on the plane. That's what I'm going to do and i have already read this book.
